the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic



from day 1. July 1920



the highest prices of the yeast.



On the basis of the law of 15 June 2004. April 1920, no. 337 Coll. and n., ordering

is this:



§ 1.



When selling the yeast from the factory must not be exceeded price 8.30 Eur per 1 kg

yeast free drožďárny station.



§ 2.



When you sell a quantity of yeast in 1/2 kg or more shall not be exceeded by price

10 CZK per 1 kg.



§ 3.



When you sell a quantity of yeast in the dekagramy, t. j. in quantities under 1/2 kg

(retail) must not be exceeded price 12 CZK per 1 kg.



§ 4.



Exceeding these top awards in § § 1, 2 and 3 set out is trestno

as a misdemeanor according to § 6 of the administrative act of 17 May. October 1919, no. 568

Coll. and n., about punishing war of usury, without prejudice to the punishment of any act

Court-criminal, committed by this crossing (section 6, paragraph 1. 3. the same

of the Act).



§ 5.



This Regulation shall be valid until the Government of the Republic of

Czechoslovak of 17 December February 1920, no. 95 Coll. and n.



§ 6.



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the notice; by doing his will

instructs the Minister for supply to people and to the Minister of Justice.
