amending the Decree of the Ministry of health no. 134/1998 Coll.
the list of medical procedures with point values in the
as amended
The Ministry of health shall determine in accordance with section 17 paragraph. 4 of Act No. 48/1997
Coll., on public health insurance and amending and supplementing certain
related laws, as amended by law No 245/2006 Coll. and Act No.
261/2007 Coll., Act No. 298/2011 Coll. and Act No. 369/2011 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 134/1998 Coll. issuing the list of medical procedures with
point values, as amended by Decree No. 55/2000 Coll., Decree No.
135/2000 Coll., Decree No 449/2000 Coll., Decree No. 101/2002 Sb.
Decree No 291/2002 Coll., Decree No. 493/2005 Coll., Decree No.
620/2006 Coll., Decree No. 331/2007 Coll., Decree No. 439/2008 Coll.,
Decree No 244/2009 Coll., Decree No. 472/2009 Coll., Decree No.
397/2010 Coll., Decree No 411/2011 Coll., Decree No. 467/2012 and
the finding of the Constitutional Court, declared under no 238/2013 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In annex V, Chapter 1, item 3, the word "paid" comma
replaced the clutch "and" and the words "and unpaid from public health
insurance ' shall be deleted.
2. In annex v, Chapter 1, item 19 shall be deleted.
3. in annex V, Chapter 2, section 1, item 11, the word "donor" is replaced by
the word ' consignee '.
4. In annex v, Chapter 2, paragraph 10.5 shall be deleted.
5. In annex V, Chapter 3, paragraph 1, item 3 is deleted.
The former item 4 shall be renumbered as item 3.
6. In annex V, Chapter 3, paragraph 3, the word "General" is deleted.
7. In annex v, Chapter 3, point 3.1, the word "General" is deleted.
8. In annex v, Chapter 4, at the end of point 5 the following text:
