on the State budget of the Czech Republic for the year 1994 and amending and supplementing

Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
PART THE FIRST
The State budget of the Czech Republic for the year 1994
§ 1
(1) the total income of the State budget of the Czech Republic for the year 1994 (hereinafter referred to
"the national budget") is determined by the amount of $ 381 800 000 000 (annex
# 1).
(2) are contained in the State budget to the budgets of the financial relations
the district offices of the district offices for balancing budgets and the budgets of municipalities,
and subsidies for a total of 15 328 700 000 € (Appendix 2).
(3) is included in the State budget subsidies to the State Fund market
Regulation in agriculture amounting to Czk 500 000 000.
(4) set out the amount of revenue pursuant to chapters of the State budget is listed in the
Annex # 3.
(5) the allocation of expenditure chapters of the State budget is provided in annex No.
4 and the distribution of investment expenditure chapters of the State budget in annex
5.
§ 2
Part of the overall subsidy from the State budget to the budgets of district
authorities and municipalities, the amount of which is indicated in annex No. 2, the contributions from the
the State budget to the partial payment of expenses related to the performance of the State
the management of the municipality. The amount of these contributions is for the year 1994 as indicated in annex No.
6, in the calculation of the 100 inhabitants with permanent residency in the territory in which the
the Municipal Office of State administration. The amount of the contribution granted
each village is decided by the head of the District Office, which may, from
the amounts referred to in annex No 6 in justified cases depart up to
15%.
§ 3
(1) the budget of the municipality of Income in 1994, the proportion of 50% celookresního

deducted and paid by the payer of the tax pursuant to section 6 of the Act of the Czech National Council
No. 586/1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended, with the
the exception of the tax attributable to the income under section 6 (1). 4 of the same Act, when
the tax is selected a special rate. Each municipality at that part of the

§ 4
Income budget of the District Office in 1994 is 50% celookresního

§ 5
The Government of the United States, or on the basis of its authority the Minister of finance

§ 6

§ 7
The Ministry of finance may issue during the 1994 State bonds in
range 16 234 000 000 CZK for payment of debt securities due in
1994.
§ 8
(1) the Department of health can provide through
medical facilities designated by him on the basis of the decision of the expert
the Commission of the present medical device ^ 1) a one-time contribution in the amount of
750 000,-a person who is infected with HIV or ill AIDS in
treatment with blood or blood products.
(2) The procedure referred to in paragraph 1 shall not apply Act No. 71/1967 Coll., on
administrative proceedings (administrative code), and § 244 et seq.. Code of civil procedure
No 99/1963 Coll., as amended.
§ 9
The transfer of some of the unspent funds of the State budget of the Czech
Republic in the year 1993 to the State budget of the Czech Republic for the year 1994
The resources of the State budget of the Czech Republic for the year 1993 provided by
as the center of the distribution of subsidies and forestry,
unused until 31 December 2006. December 1993, shall be transferred to the revenue chapter
General cash management in 1994, and will be used for the same
purposes for which they were earmarked in 1993.
PART TWO
Amendments to the law of the Czech National Council No. 372/1990 Coll., on salary and compensation
expenses of members of the Czech National Council, as amended
§ 10
The Czech National Council Act No. 372/1990 Coll., on salary and compensation expenditure
members of the Czech National Council, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council.
267/1991 Coll. and Czech National Council Act No. 10/1993 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, the amount "13 000 Czech Crowns" is replaced by "Eur 16 100".
2. In article 2 (2). 1, the amount "18 000 Czech Crowns" is replaced by "Eur 22 400".
In section 2 (2). 2 the amount of 15 000 Czech Crowns "is replaced by" 18 600 CZK ".
In section 2 (2). 3, the words "14 000 Czech Crowns" is replaced by "Eur 17 400".
3. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1, the amount "5000" is replaced by "Csk 6200 Eur".
In section 3, paragraph 3. 2, "" 2000 Czech Crowns "is replaced by" Eur 2500 ".
In section 3, paragraph 3. 3 the amount of ' 1000 Kčs "is replaced by" Eur 1250 ".
In section 3, paragraph 3. 4 the amount of the "2000 Czech Crowns" is replaced by "Eur 2500" and the amount of
"500 Czech Crowns" are replaced by "$ 600".
4. In article 5, paragraph 4 shall be deleted.
5. In article 7 (2). 4 are deleted, the words "with the exception of the Chairman of the mandate and
immunity Committee. "
PART THREE
Changes and additions to the law of the Czech National Council No. 10/1993 Coll., on the State
the budget of the Czech Republic for the year 1993, amending and supplementing certain
the laws of the Czech National Council and some other regulations, as amended by
amended
§ 11
The Czech National Council Act No. 10/1993 Coll., on the State budget of the Czech
Republic in the year 1993, amending and supplementing certain laws of the United
the National Council and some other regulations, as amended by Act No. 166/1993
Coll. and Act No. 171/1993 Coll., shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
1. in paragraph 6 of the article. (III) the introductory sentence is: "salaries and other perks members of Government

5. in paragraph 6 of the article. (III) after paragraph 5 the following paragraph 6 is added:

Amendment of the Act No. 182/1993 Coll., on the Constitutional Court
§ 12
Act No. 182/1993 Coll., on the Constitutional Court, shall be amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 126, the amount "Eur 25000" is replaced by "31 December USD".
2. In paragraph 127 (a). and the amount of ') $ 6000 "is replaced by" Eur 7500. "
3. In paragraph 127 (a). (b)), the amount "$ 4000" is replaced by "Eur 5000".
PART FIVE
Amendment of the Act No. 166/1993 Coll. on the Supreme Audit Office
section 13 of the
