about the Board certification exam, exam and final exam are undergoing approval
certified course and how to verify knowledge of the Czech language

The Ministry of health (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") determined in accordance with § 37
paragraph. 1 (b). (f)), and (h)) Act No. 95/2004 Coll., on conditions for the acquisition and
recognition of professional competence and specialized competence to perform
the medical professions of doctor, dentist and pharmacist, as amended by
Act No. 189/2008 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
PART THE FIRST
BASIC PROVISIONS
§ 1
This Decree regulates in accordance with the law of the European Communities ^ 1)
and Board certification exam) specialized competence to perform
the medical professions of doctor, dentist or pharmacist,

PART TWO
BOARD CERTIFICATION EXAM
§ 2

§ 3

§ 4
The prerequisites for the execution of Board certification exams

§ 5

§ 6
Content, delivery and assessment of Board certification exams

§ 7

PART THREE

§ 8
The examination Board

§ 9

§ 11

§ 14

PART FIVE
COMMON, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

§ 17
