Ministry of the Interior shall establish, in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

in accordance with § 92 para. 1 (b). and) Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the

Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other

laws, as amended by Act No. 204/2000 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"), in agreement with the

The Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 92 para. 1 (b). (b)) of the Act and in

the agreement with the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of finance

in accordance with § 92 para. 1 (b). (c)) of the Act:



PART THE FIRST



THE PROCEDURE FOR MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES, MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

AUTHORITIES IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF SPECIFIC LISTS OF VOTERS AND TAKING

EXTRACTS



§ 1



(1) a separate list of voters (hereinafter referred to as the "special" list) ^ 1) results in a book

or running file cabinets or through computer technology in

broken down by electoral districts or special constituencies of the municipal

authority, municipality, municipality of the city with a special regional insertion of an undivided

position, the Office of the borough or chartered Borough

the city with a special status, the authority of the Borough of the city of Prague

THE BALLOTS



§ 3



(1) the regional office or designated by the municipal office in the headquarters of the constituency

continuously captures and passes it to the Foundation of the Czech Statistical Office

the registry of the candidates a copy of the submitted list system or applications for

registration, no later than the first day after the deadline for the submission of

the list system or the applications for registration. Responsible for municipal office in

the seat of the constituency will provide the Czech Statistical Office also

(2) the Czech Statistical Office shall draw up a list of candidates with the same name,

(4) the regional office or designated by the municipal office in the headquarters of the constituency

no later than the first day following the expiry of the deadline for a decision on the

registration list system or applications to register ^ 9) shall send to the

§ 4



(1) the National Electoral Committee of the Board, not later than 45 days before the date of the elections

§ 5



(1) after the draw numbers Czech Statistical Office shall draw up the dial

the candidate of the political parties, political movements and coalitions for elections

in the Chamber of deputies of the Czech Parliament and the candidate

political parties, political movements, coalitions or independent candidates

for elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, which will be

processing and provision of the results of the election, and name or number referred to

the number and the abbreviation of the name.



(2) the Czech Statistical Office shall record into the registry of the candidates winning

a number of political parties, political movements, coalitions or independent

candidates, up to the data on the gender of the candidate, it shall prepare a copy of the

the data of the registry of the candidates within the scope of the Charter or of the application list system to

registration and shall forward it to the regional authority or delegated municipal office

in the seat of the constituency.



(3) Regional Office or designated by the municipal office in the headquarters of the constituency

It shall forthwith inform the Czech Statistical Office of workplace cases

waiver or withdrawal of the candidacy in the period from the expiry of the period for

registration lists, or the application for registration to the 48

hours before the start of the election so that it forwards a copy of the Declaration of surrender

to or withdrawal of the candidacy. The Czech Statistical Office sets in the registry

§ 6

§ 6a



The form of the voting card is strictly zúčtovatelným a form with

security features against abuse. Each form shall bear the letter "

indicating the series starting with the letter A and the šestimístnou digit of each

series from 000001 to 999999. After the exhaustion of numbers that the series follows

the series marked the next letter according to alphabetical order.



§ 7



Regional Office for elections to the Chamber of deputies of the Czech Parliament

THE SEAT OF THE CONSTITUENCY AND EMBASSIES WHEN CUSTODY AND ARCHIVING

THE BALLOTS AND OTHER ELECTION DOCUMENTATION



§ 8



(1) the local authority and the Embassy before the elections shall ensure after

receipt of the ballots, envelopes and forms their protection so that

prevent abuse.



(2) the local authority and the Embassy's overview of received,

issued and damaged or degraded forms of electoral

of the licence; corrupted or debased forms of electoral identity card

formally received.



(3) Municipal Office takes all the electoral documentation, with the exception of

single copies of the minutes of the progress and outcome of the vote in an election

THE METHOD AND THE PROCEDURE FOR VERIFYING THE ELIGIBILITY OF THE EMPLOYEE TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF

THE CITY OF PRAGUE AND INCLUDED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE CAPITAL CITY OF PRAGUE

RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF ELECTIONS



§ 9



Verifying the eligibility of



An employee of the city of Prague is included in the municipality of the capital city

Prague, responsible for activities in the field of elections (hereinafter called the "applicant") completes

training and the necessary knowledge in the field of elections demonstrated by executing

tests before the examining Board established under a special legal

prescription. ^ 20)



§ 10



The application to the applicant under section 9 to the training and exam

be sent to the Mayor of Prague, Ministry of the Interior. The Ministry of

of the Interior shall determine the dates and place of the test.



§ 11



Test



(1) the test consists in the verification of knowledge in the field of election legislation

and legislation related to them; It consists of a written and oral

part.



(2) on top of the trial, the Commission shall draw up a test record, which shall be signed by

the Chairman of the Evaluation Commission and its members. The minutes shall include

thirds of the questions contained in the written part of the test and the two-thirds

questions contained in the oral part of the exam.



(4) the result of the test shall notify the supervisor candidates on the day of

the meeting.



(5) the details of the certificate of the Ministry of the Interior of the test are

contained in annex No 1 in the model 12.



(6) Applicants who successfully performed the test, the examination Committee shall issue

the certificate of the test carried out in duplicate. A copy of the

shall transmit to the applicant the employer. ^ 21)



(7) in the event that the candidate has failed during the test, the entire exam

repeat at least one month; the Ministry of Interior in the period may

exceptional cases shorten.



PART SEVEN



THE AMOUNT OF SPECIAL PAYMENTS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE FUNCTIONS OF A MEMBER OF THE DISTRICT ELECTION COMMISSION AND

MEMBER OF THE SPECIAL DISTRICT ELECTION COMMISSION, PAYMENT METHOD AND PAYMENT



§ 12



(1) the elections to the Chamber of deputies of the Parliament of the United Kingdom

It is for the Member of the District Election Commission and special district election

the Commission for the performance of the functions of the special reward ^ 22) (hereinafter referred to as "reward") in the amount of

1 300 Czk, Secretary of the District Election Commission and the Registrar of the Special

District Election Commission in the amount of Czk 1 500, and the President of the district election

the Commission and the President of the Special District Election Commission in the amount of 1 600 CZK.



(2) the elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, it is for the Member

District Election Commission for the performance of duties in the amount of 1 300 CZK

the Secretary of the District Election Commission reward in the amount of 1 500 Eur and

the President of the District Election Commission reward of 1 600 CZK

the elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in the electoral district

took place in only one round. The functions in the next round of elections to the

Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic with a reward under the first sentence of

200 CZK.



(3) the Place where the elections to the Chamber of deputies of the Czech Parliament

compensation for loss of earnings during the performance of the Member's electoral district

the Commission and the Special District Election Commission in the amount of $43 an hour,

but not more than £ 340 for one day.



(5) the Remuneration referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 and the flat-rate compensation for loss of earnings

in accordance with paragraph 4 to the Chairman and members of the district electoral commissions

be paid within 30 days after the termination of the activities of the District Election Commission ^ 24)

Municipal Office. In the case that the Chairman or a member of the district election

the Commission does not participate in all meetings of the Commission, the municipal office, the total amount

the remuneration determined in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 3 shall be reduced proportionately, according to the

evidence of their participation in the meetings of the District Election Commission.



(6) the Remuneration referred to in paragraph 1 and the flat-rate compensation for loss of earnings pursuant to

paragraph 4 to the Chairman and members of the District Electoral Commission shall pay special

within 30 days after the termination of the activities of the Special District Election Commission

established in the currency of the competent State, in accordance with the rates published

FINAL PROVISIONS
