on technical requirements for the security of weapons held or

ammunition and on the conditions of storage, keeping and treatment with black

The Government directs pursuant to § 79 paragraph 2. 1 Act No 119/2002 Coll., on fire

the weapons and Ammunition Act and amending Act No. 155/2000 Coll., on the authentication

firearms, ammunition, and pyrotechnical items and on changing the law

No. 288/1995 Coll., on firearms and ammunition (the Firearms Act

weapons), as amended by Act No. 13/1998 Coll. and Act No 368/1992 Coll., on the

administrative fees, as amended, and Act No.

455/1991 Coll., on trades (Trade Act), as amended by

amended, (law on weapons):



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This regulation lays down technical requirements for the security lodged,

stored or retained firearms or ammunition (hereinafter referred to as

"weapons") and the conditions of storage, storing and handling with a black

hunting the dust, dust and the characteristic matches (hereinafter referred to as "substances and

articles ").



The technical requirements of the security held for weapons



§ 2



For the technically competent for the purposes of the security lodged, stored

e) Chamber vault that meets the requirements for the classification of deposit

door and ventricular safety class I under the vaults of the Czech technical

standard ČSN EN 1143-1,



(f)) showcase and glass shop Windows which meet the conditions referred to in paragraph 4, or



g) glass display cabinets or countertop that is equipped with safety foil against

breakdown with resistance at least 250 J or similarly-resistant glass

breakdown or forced out of the frame.



§ 3

§ 4

§ 5



(1) substances and articles may be stored in premises that are

the purpose of the approved.



(2) substances and articles that are intended for sale in apartment houses and buildings

for trade only on the premises are to be kept and in a quantity that

does not exceed the weight or number, listed in the annex to this regulation.



§ 6



Substances and articles can be kept



and in one room only) in separate cabinets or boxes

prepared against possible theft or misuse,



(b)) only, so that any explosion or fire endangering lives,

health and property,



(c)) in the original packaging by the manufacturer or those packages that meet the

safety requirements as the original packaging,



(d)) in a dry place and in such a way that the temperature does not exceed 40 ° C,



e) separately from flammable and inflammable objects and



f) outside of the living room.



§ 7



(1) the treatment of substances and items you can make when you reload ammunition

only in closed areas.



(2) When reloading ammunition

to guarantee the safety and protection of health at work and the safety of operation

(c)) use only undamaged bullet.



§ 8



The effectiveness of the



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2003.
