Czech language test for applicants for admission to employment,
who are not nationals of the United States
The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with § 25 para. 2

The range of tests
§ 1
(1) in the case of applicants for admission to the business place is revealed
examination of the Czech language, which the applicant for admission to the professional

§ 2
(1) in the case of the other applicants, the test validates the knowledge of Czech
the language at the level B2 of the common European framework of reference for
languages.
(2) knowledge of the Czech language referred to in paragraph 1 shall include in particular the following

native speakers, to participate actively in discussions on familiar topics,

information, advocating or refute a particular point of view.
§ 3
The content of the exams
(1) the examination shall consist of a written part and an oral part.
(2) the Written part of the exam consists of a lexical grammar test
text reading comprehension, written expression and listening comprehension.
This part of the exam lasts in the case of an applicant for admission to the business place
presented within a maximum of 6 hours and 30 minutes; in the case of another applicant
a maximum of 5 hours and 30 minutes. In this section, the test must be included
