The Ministry of Interior under section 59 (b). a) and b) of Act No. 130/2000 Coll.
elections to the regional councils and amendment to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as
the "law") and in agreement with the Czech Statistical Office under section 59 (b).

PART THE FIRST
THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION
§ 1
Preparation of the hearing, the Commission
(1) the National Electoral Committee "^ 1") (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission") shall be convened by
the President of the Commission (hereinafter referred to as "the Chairman"), and at the time of his absence or
on other serious grounds authorized member of the Commission. Meeting of the Commission shall

§ 2

§ 3

PART TWO
THE METHOD AND THE PROCEDURE FOR VERIFYING THE ELIGIBILITY OF THE PERFORMANCE FUNCTION
§ 5
Verifying the eligibility of
Eligibility for the performance of activities in the field of elections verifies the Regional Office for
an employee of the municipality included in the designated local authority and the designated
activities in the field of elections. ^ 4)
§ 6
The district in which the employee is responsible for the local authority, and in the cities of Brno,
Ostrava and Plzeň city district or borough, to be

§ 9
Test
(1) the test consists in the verification of knowledge in the field of election legislation

(6) Applicants who successfully performed the test, the examination Committee shall issue

PART THREE
HOW MUNICIPALITIES AND REGIONAL AUTHORITIES IN CUSTODY AND ARCHIVING
THE BALLOTS AND OTHER ELECTION DOCUMENTATION
§ 10
(1) the local authority, municipal office, the Office of the city, in the towns of Brno, Ostrava and

ELECTIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE REGION, OTHER DOCUMENTS AND THE WAY PATTERNS
PRINTING THE BALLOTS
§ 11
(1) for the elections to the regional councils are in Appendix No. 1 to this order

§ 12

§ 14
(1) Regional Office continuously captures and passes the Czech Statistical
