and workplaces with sources of ionizing radiation and about the requirements on the content of the

The State Office for nuclear safety provides under section 47, paragraph. 7 to
implementation of section 13 (3). 3 (b). (d)). 7, § 18 paragraph. 1 (a). and (c))) and
Annex i. 8. Act No. 18/1997 Coll. on peaceful uses of nuclear energy
and ionizing radiation (the Atomic Act) and amending and supplementing certain
laws, as amended by Act No. 13/2002 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
PART THE FIRST
INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree provides for the holders of a permit under section 9 (2). 1 (a). (c)),

§ 3

§ 5
The classification of the degree of emergency

(1) since the inception of the findings and in the course of the incident at the time
