The State Office for nuclear safety

about the details to ensure the emergency preparedness of nuclear facilities

and workplaces with sources of ionizing radiation and about the requirements on the content of the

the internal emergency plan and emergency regulations

The State Office for nuclear safety provides under section 47, paragraph. 7 to

implementation of section 13 (3). 3 (b). (d)). 7, § 18 paragraph. 1 (a). and (c))) and

Annex i. 8. Act No. 18/1997 Coll. on peaceful uses of nuclear energy

and ionizing radiation (the Atomic Act) and amending and supplementing certain

laws, as amended by Act No. 13/2002 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



PART THE FIRST



INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS



§ 1



The subject of the edit

§ 3

§ 5



The classification of the degree of emergency

Preparation of employees and other persons

Documentation of the activities of the holder of the authorization of an incident
