The DECREE
of 12 June. March 2015
on determination of water reservoirs and water courses on which it is disabled
cruise vessels with internal combustion engines, and about the scope and terms of use
surface waters to voyage
The Ministry of transport under section 7 (2). 5 of the Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on the waters of the
and on amendments to certain acts (the Water Act), as amended by Act No. 20/2004

implementation, provides:
§ 1
The ban on sailing vessels with internal combustion engines
Water tanks and water flows, on which surface water cannot be used for
cruise vessels using in plutí to drive directly or indirectly

§ 2

§ 3

§ 4

§ 5

§ 6
Cancellation provisions
Shall be repealed:
1. The Decree of the Ministry of transport and communications No. 241/2002 Coll., on the establishment of
water tanks and water flows, on which the disabled sailing vessel
with internal combustion engines, and on the extent and the conditions of use of the surface water
to navigation.
2. Decree No. 39/2006 Coll., amending the Decree of the Ministry of
transport and communications No. 241/2002 Coll., on the establishment of water tanks and water
flows, on which the disabled sailing vessel with internal combustion engines, and
the extent and the conditions of the use of surface water for navigation.
3. Decree No. 209/2007 Coll., amending the Decree of the Ministry of
transport and communications No. 241/2002 Coll., on the establishment of water tanks and water
flows, on which the disabled sailing vessel with internal combustion engines, and
the scale and the use of surface water for navigation, as amended by Decree No.
39/2006 Sb.
