Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 37/2003 Coll. on remuneration for the performance of functions of the members of the

Councils, as amended by Decree-Law No 337/2004 Coll., regulation of the Government

No. 695/2004 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 50/2006 Coll., regulation of the Government No.

614/2006 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 79/2008 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 20/2009

Coll. and Decree-Law No 375/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:



1. In section 2, at the end of the text of paragraph 1, the words "to this

Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires ".



2. In article 2, paragraph 1, the following paragraph 2 is added:



"(2) a member of the Municipal Council of the municipality of Neuvolněnému, which performs the function of

the Mayor's monthly remuneration may be granted up to 0, 6 and above

monthly remuneration determined in accordance with Annex 1 to this regulation for the

released by a member of the Municipal Council of the village, who shall act as Mayor. ".



The former paragraph 2 becomes paragraph 3.



3. In article 3, paragraph 3. 3 the words "columns from 1 to 9" shall be replaced by the words "columns 1

up to 8 ".
