The Czechoslovak National Committee



of 28 June. October 1918



on the establishment of an independent State of the Czechoslovak



A separate State, the Czechoslovak entered into life. In order to maintain

link the existing legal order with a status of new, that there have been

messes and modified was the transition to the new public life,

directs the National Committee on behalf of the Czechoslovak nation as executor

State sovereignty:



Article 1



The State form of the Czechoslovak State, the National Assembly shall determine in

complicity with the Czechoslovak National Council in Paris. Authority of the unanimous

the will of the nation and also a bailiff is a National Committee of State sovereignty.



Article 2



All existing provincial and imperial laws and regulations remain for now

in effect.



Article 3



All the authorities of the autonomous community, the State and County, of the Constitution of the State, provincial,

in particular, and the municipal district and are subordinate to the National Committee and for the time being

officiate and acting according to current applicable laws and regulations.



Article 4



This Act shall take effect as of today.
