the scope of the data in the registers the status of surface water and groundwater and the
the method of processing, storage and transmission of these data to information
systems of public administration
The Ministry of agriculture lays down pursuant to § 21 para. 2 of law no 254/2001
Coll. on waters and on amendments to certain acts (the Water Act), as amended by law
No. 20/2004 Coll. and Act No. 150/2010 Coll.:
§ 1
Basic concepts
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 2
Evidence of water flows

§ 3

§ 4
Registration of hydrogeological main resorts

§ 5
Evidence of water reservoirs

§ 6

§ 7

§ 8

§ 9

§ 10

§ 17

§ 19
Register of protected areas of Headwater
(1) protected areas of Headwater are maintained in the scope of the data
their territorial identification and data provided for by regulation of the Government of ^ 10).

Evidence of protection of water resources
(1) protection of water sources are maintained in the range of data on their
territorial identification and data set out in the notice of the building

Evidence of surface water sources that are used or for which the

Registration of groundwater sources that are used or for which the

§ 25
Registration areas of surface water used for bathing
(1) surface water used for bathing on the list pursuant to the Act
public health ^ 15) are maintained in the range of data on their territorial
identification, the surface waters used for bathing,
administrative district of the region, the area of the municipality with extended competence,
the identifier of the village, the name of the village, the name of the bathing area or name of the
the natural pools, the water flow, the name of the watercourse,
