The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with § 161 para.
4 of law No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher
vocational and other education (the Education Act):
§ 1
Drive performance for each regional directives
Unit performance is:

§ 2
Indicators applicable for the determination of regional normatives
(1) for the establishment of regional normatives is decisive indicator:

§ 4
(1) the basic amount of the indicators referred to in § 2 (2). 1 lays down

(2) if the difference between the basic amounts for individual fields of education
or particular types of educational institutions established in accordance with paragraph
1 does not exceed 3% of the annual volume of non-investment expenditure, or 3% of the total
of the annual volume of payroll resources per unit of output,

§ 6

§ 8
