§ 1
The scope of the
This regulation provides for the granting of refunds for certain expenses to employees
budgetary and contributory organisations whose remuneration
regulates Act No. 143/1992 Coll., on salary and remuneration for stand-by duty
in budgetary and certain other organizations and bodies, as amended by
the Czech National Council Act No. 586/1992 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council.
10/1993 Coll. and Act No. 40/1994 Coll., who have a place of work in the
overseas intended as regular workplace ^ 1) (hereinafter referred to as "the performance of the work in
abroad ").
§ 2
Types of compensation
(1) employees referred to in paragraph 1 (hereinafter referred to as "employee")
refund of the increased cost of living.

(c)) expenditure associated with the transportation of personal belongings.
§ 3
Compensation for the additional cost of living
(1) employees for the compensation of increased living costs from the first
the last day of the allocation to work abroad. This refund is

"fixed currency"). If because of a change in the monetary policy of the
country of place of work is impossible or impractical to provide compensation in the

§ 4
Reimbursement of the additional expenses

§ 5
Reimbursement of travel and subsistence expenses for accommodation
(1) an employer may provide employees reimbursement of proven

§ 6
Reimbursement of expenses associated with the transportation of personal belongings
(1) an employer may provide employees reimbursement of proven

§ 7
Refunds under this Regulation shall provide for the first time in the month of March 1994.

How to determine the conversion rate of a session
Article. (I)
The conversion rate is the proportion of an objectified session conversion rate
and the declared exchange rate Czk to the specified currency. The default level of conversion
the session, an objectified conversion rate, announced by the course

Article. (II)
