Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



PART THE FIRST



§ 1



The national park Czech Switzerland



(1) to ensure the protection of nature and the landscape in the most valuable part of the Protected

landscape area of Labské pískovce ^ 1) shall be published in the Czech national park

Switzerland ^ 2) (hereinafter referred to as "national park"). The Mission of the National Park is

preservation and improvement of the natural environment, protect unique

geomorphological values, flora and wildlife

fauna and to conserve the typical appearance of the landscape.



(2) establishment of the National Park is shown in Appendix No. 1 to this

the law, a graphical representation is shown in annex 2 of this Act.

The base map, which is drawn the National Park in the scale of 1:

25 000, is stored at the Ministry of the environment (hereinafter referred to as

§ 2



The National Park Authority



(1) the administrative authority shall be the National Park Czech Switzerland

("Administration"), located in Krásná Lípa, which is subordinate to the

§ 3

§ 4



(1) throughout the territory of the National Park can be used only with the prior consent of the

§ 5



Forest care



(1) forest owners and users are required to manage in the Woods

the National Park so as to achieve:

Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by the legal

§ 7



Transitional provisions



(1) part of the Labské pískovce protected landscape area and protected landscape

Territorial delineation (description) of the National Park Czech Switzerland



The boundaries of the National Park Czech Switzerland is leading from the border milestone No.

14 in the edge of the forest, above the junction of Hřensko roads I/62 and III/25861 and

on the edge of the forest to the parking lot above the hotel Klepáč. Here the road passes

Hřensko-Limit meadow and her back to Hřensko on the bridge

Hřensko-Genoa road, follow this road to the intersection of elektrovodu under the

Genoa, after the intersection to the road called, the Mühlweg vodárna in

Genoa and from there along the edge of the forest of the South-East to elektrovodu for

site Hájenky. Furthermore, after this elektrovodu left crosses the Duck

the stream to the edge of the forest of Wild Gorge. After the edge of the forest continues

left around the settlements Kamenická Stráň, which connects with the road

Kamenická Stráň-Pink. This road goes up to turn yellow

hiking trails and tourist continues along this road on the left to

the boundary of the National nature reserve of Hřensko. Along the Western and southern slopes

Růžovského Hill follows the boundary of the reservation to the yellow tourist path,

after which continues right to the edge of the forest. Then branches off to the left and after

edge of the Woods leads to the intersection of elektrovodu above the confluence of Kamenice and Chribska

Kamenice. After this walk to the river Kamenice, exceeds it to the right

the Bank, which tracks over a stream, and after 700 meters turns right up

the Valley (to the East) to the edge of the forest.



Here it veers to the left and following the edge of the forest by bypassing the site "on the plain of Všemilské"

to the forest path that branches off to the Valley of Jetřichovické Bela,

after which the left bank goes against the stream to Jetřichovickému mill,

that bypasses, and passes on the road III/25861 Jetřichovice-high

LIPA. Continues after her towards the High. In a place where the road

leaving the forest, pass on the left on the edge of the forest and after bypassing the village of High

Linden to the road to the rear, Jetřichovic rear

Jetřichovicím to the intersection with the old Czech road. After this

to the left. Forest path continues into the saddle, and left after the edge of the forest to

Jetřichovické ozdravovně. For it leads along the edge of the forest and across the road

Haťového mine, following this path to Jetřichovic and always on the edge of the forest to

Jetřichovice-Rynartice road.



This road runs up to the intersection of elektrovodnímu and to

Rynartic. To the left along the edge of the Woods bypasses to the East Rynartice

the edge of the mouth of forest roads on the road-lower Rynartice Chřibská.

Continuing along the road III/25861 around recreational facilities "on

Potokách "toward the Bottom Chribska. A region of forest branches off to the left to the forest

asphalt road under the Czech Hill, and on the edge of the Woods

The Bohemian Hill to road III/2653 Lower Chřibská-Doubice. After this

the road continues to the point where the road leaves the forest, before the municipalities

Doubice branches off to the left on the edge of the forest, and it bypasses West Village

After this, the road continues on to the Czech Republic, following the edge of the forest around Kyjov

the dam and after Kyjovském the stream down to the 100 metres against Křinice, its

stream flow and the edge of the Woods over to paved forest road leading from the South

Stony Hill and along this path towards the Wolf Mountain. In a place where

the path leaves the forest, leads to the left edge of the forest to the Vlčímu stream. Downstream

Wolf Creek continues to travel the land and after 1584 number on

Šternberk. From here to the left along the edge of the forest to the path of a parcel number

1577/1 and follow it to the Brtnickému stream. Upstream Brtnického Creek

continues up to the way the land number 464, and along the way the land

number 466. Then a parcel number 467 on the way to the point where it meets the

the way of a parcel number 278. From there it runs along the border between the Commons a number

336 390, and then after the border between the Commons and the number 366, 381

the boundary between the Commons and 368 number 381 and the parcel number 368 and

390. Then be connected to the boundary of the cadastral territory of the food and
