GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 April 2004. June 2011
on the introduction of daylight saving time in the years 2012 to 2016
The Government decrees referred to in paragraph 1 of the law No. 54/1946 Coll., on summer time, and to
the implementation of Act No. 262/2006 SB., labour code, as amended
regulations:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This regulation incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union ^ 1) and
regulates the introduction of daylight saving time in the years 2012 to 2016.
§ 2
The beginning and end of summer time in the years 2012 to 2016
(1) the Summer time is introduced
and) on 25 September 2004 in 2012. March,
(b)) on 31 December 2013. March,
(c)) on 30 October 2004 in 2014. March,
(d)) on 29 April 2006 in 2015. March,
e) on 27 February 1999 in 2016. March.
In these days about the second hour Central European time shift hours
at the third hour of daylight saving time.
(2) daylight saving time ends
and) on 28 January 2006 in 2012. October,
(b)) on 27 February 1999 in 2013. October,
(c)) in 2014 on 26 February 2000. October,
(d)) in 2015, on 25 September 2004. October,
e) on 30 October 2004 in 2016. of October.
In these days about the third hour of daylight saving time will shift the clock on the other
hour Central European time.
§ 3
The effect of the introduction of daylight saving time to the agreed weekly working time
(1) the maximum weekly working hours for employees, which the beginning of the
daylight saving time in the years 2012 to 2016 will fall into their shift, if the
This shift is due to the introduction of daylight saving time, it will be in the appropriate
week of 1 hour less.
(2) the maximum weekly working hours for employees, which the end of the summer
time in the years 2012 to 2016 will fall into their shift, if this

week 1 hour longer.
§ 4
The effectiveness of the
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. September 2011.
