Act No. 23/1962 SB., about hunting, shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
1. in paragraph 21 (a) of paragraph 1. and the first sentence):
"Hold to establish the identity of the person whom he catches in the
unauthorized exercise of the right of hunting or in the Act this Act
the disabled, or the person you caught me in the wild hunt with a hunting gun,
where appropriate, firearm, unless it is a person authorized by a
the specific instruments to bear arms even to the hunting grounds land. ";
2. in article 36 paragraph 1, the words "and in the case of damage to the forest to
30 days from the date when the damage occurred, "shall be replaced by the words" the date on which the damage
was established, with damage to the forest stands incurred in the period from 1 January 2005. July
the previous year to 30. June of the current year, within 30 days from the
the expiry of that period. "and part of the last sentence after the semicolon is
deleted.

This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. January 1978.
