The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 6 paragraph 1. 6 (a). a) and b) of law No.
61/1988 Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State Mining Administration:
PART THE FIRST
INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
§ 1
The subject of the edit
The Decree lays down the requirements on emergency prevention and control plans
serious traffic accidents (accidents) ^ 1) (hereinafter referred to as the "emergency plan") and
further measures to save people's lives and reduce damages when
the occurrence and control of serious traffic accidents (hereinafter referred to as "accidents")
^ 2) organizations engaged in mining activities, or activities carried out by
using mining techniques (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") in the mines and in the workplace
in the mining and processing of oil and gas and offshore drilling and geophysical
the works aimed at searching and exploration of oil and natural
gas and underground storage of oil and gas.
§ 2
Interpretation of the terms
For the purposes of this Ordinance shall be deemed to:
a) emergency plan-a set of measures and actions directed to the rescue
the life and health of persons and property in the disaster with a description of the way
control of accidents and a list of the means to combat the
foreseeable accidents,
b) crash-event you were or could be seriously jeopardised by the

PART TWO
COMMON PROVISIONS
TITLE I OF THE
THE PRINCIPLE OF DRAWING UP EMERGENCY PLAN
§ 3
Drawing up emergency plan

§ 4
Part of the emergency plan

§ 5

§ 8
The contents of the emergency section of the emergency plan

§ 9
Lists of employees, organizations, legal entities and natural persons and bodies

§ 10

§ 11
The head of emergency action

§ 12

§ 15

TITLE III
THE OPERATIVE PART OF THE EMERGENCY PLAN
section 18
The content of the operational part of the emergency plan

§ 19
Preparedness of materials and equipment
(1) emergency plan specifies that materials and equipment, and in what
the amount will be permanently ready to combat the disaster and where they will be
stored (fail-safe).
(2) materials and equipment referred to in paragraph 1 may be used only to
control of the accident; their loss is required without delay.
TITLE IV
THE MAP PART OF THE EMERGENCY PLAN
section 20
The contents of the map part of the emergency plan
(1) the Mapping part of the emergency plan are the basic mining map ^ 13) and map

§ 25
Check the emergency plan of the main mining rescue station

TITLE VII
EMERGENCY RESPONSE COMMISSION
section 26

PART THREE
SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS FOR THE CONTROL OF ACCIDENTS IN MINES

§ 37

§ 38
