The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 33 of Act No. 155/2000 Coll., on the

breeding, breeding and registration of farm animals and amending

some related laws (Act plemenářský), as amended by Act No.

282/2003 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") for the implementation of section 22, paragraph. 13, section 23, paragraph.

5, § 23a, paragraph. 4, Section 23b, paragraph. 8, section 23 c of paragraph 1. 4 and section 24, paragraph. 11 of the Act:



Part 1



General provisions



§ 1



The subject of the edit

§ 2



The basic concepts



For the purposes of this Ordinance means

§ 3

§ 5



General technical requirements of the ear marks and signs for the labelling of runners



(1) the ear marks and signs for marking the runners must be

inert, non-irritant and wholesome,



(b)) constructed so that its shape and its construction



1. were designed to hang in one ear or wings

the skin of an animal, or neck



2. minimize the pain and the possibility of injury to the animal,



3. ensure permanent attachment to the animal,



4. did not allow repeated use,



(c)), non-changeable, unmistakable and legible during the entire lifetime of the animal,



(d)) identified by alphanumeric characters, which cannot be deleted; designation of the

handwritten alphanumeric characters is not permitted, with the exception of

(2) the Patterns of ear marks and stamps for marking the runners referred to in

the annexes to this Decree are in terms of distribution of alphanumeric

characters listed on them and in terms of the requirements set out in this

General technical requirements for duplicates of ear marks and stamps for

labelling of runners

§ 8



Remove the ear-marks and stamps for marking the runners and their replacement by

other means of identification

§ 9



Ensuring the identification of resources or their duplicates, way

their registration, issuing and replacement, including the terms



(1) the designated person ^ 4) shall ensure that the dispatch of the identification of resources or

their duplicates breeders within 8 working days from the date of delivery of the

requests for identification of resources or their duplicates.



(2) the designated person ^ 4) records the date of receipt of the breeders

to provide identification of the resources or their duplicates.



(3) for breeders of cattle, sheep and goats authorised person ^ 4) records the allocated

means of identification of individual farmers in their economy

in one region, indicating the date and number of the allocation allocated

Marking of cattle



§ 10

§ 11



Ear marks used for the marking of cattle and their patterns



(1) for the marking of cattle used plastic ear marks and type or

§ 12



The ways and terms of cattle labelling the relocated from other Member States

or imported from third countries

10 and 11 in the 72 hours after arrival at the destination.

Section 3



Labelling of horses and donkeys and their hybrids

§ 14



Verbal and graphic description

§ 15



Labelling electronic identifier and hot-branded

with the directly applicable provisions of the European Union, shall be regarded as pigs

marked in accordance with this Decree. If they are not marked as such,

indicate in the 7 days after arrival in the manner referred to in section

18 and 20.

Ear marks used for marking sheep and goats and their patterns



(1) for the marking of sheep and goats are used plastic ear marks and type

alphanumeric characters must be at least 4 mm.

§ 23a



Mark on the pastern, used for identification of sheep and goats and their pattern



(1) for the marking of sheep and goats on markers are used with the height of the pastern

The ways and terms of labelling of ovine and caprine animals relocated from other Member

States or imported from third countries



(1) ovine and caprine animals relocated from other Member States which are not

marked in accordance with the applicable provisions of the European Union itself, or

imported from third countries shall be marked in the manner referred to in section 22 and 23 of the

72 hours from the date of arrival at destination, with the exception of ovine and caprine animals

imported to participate in the Assembly.



(2) if the further relocation of ovine or caprine animals imported to participate

Labelling of runners



§ 25
