about the quality of the supply of gas and related services in the gas industry
396/2011: Sb.
The Energy Regulatory Office (hereinafter referred to as ' the authority '), establishes, pursuant to § § 98a
paragraph. 2 (a). c) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and
the exercise of State administration in the energy sectors and amending certain
laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 158/2009 Coll.:
PART THE FIRST
GENERAL PART
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree provides for the required quality of supplies and services
related to the regulated activities in the gas sector, including the
compensation for its failure to comply with, the procedures and time limits for claiming
compensation and the procedures for reporting compliance with the quality of supplies and services.
§ 2
General provisions
(1) for failure to comply with the standards will not be considered if the holder of the

§ 3
The application of refunds

PART TWO
STANDARDS OF TRANSPORT, DISTRIBUTION, OR STORAGE OF
§ 4
Standard transport or distribution of gas recovery after failure

§ 5
Quality standard of gas
Gas quality standard means the transportation and delivery of natural gas in the
composition that corresponds to the composition of natural gas requirements laid down

§ 7
Standard deadlines for the removal of the causes of reduced quality of gas

§ 8
Standard compliance with the planned restriction or interruption of carriage or
distribution of gas
(1) the standard of compliance with the planned restriction or interruption of the journey
or distribution of gas is the commencement and termination of the restriction or interruption of the

§ 9
Standard time limits for the assessment of applications for the connection of the device to the customer

§ 10
Standard allow the transport or distribution of gas
(1) Standard allow the transport or distribution of gas is an option

customer or vendor combined services requested by the transmission
or distribution system to transport or distribution of gas to the

§ 11
Standard renewal of transport or distribution of gas after the interruption of the journey
or distribution because of the delay, the customer or vendor combined
services with payments for the transport or distribution of gas
(1) the standard renewal of transport or distribution of gas after the break

combined services with vendor payments for the carriage of

§ 12
Standard renewal of transport or distribution of gas after the interruption of the journey
or distribution at the request of the supplier or vendor combined services

§ 14

PART THREE
SUPPLY STANDARDS
§ 15
Standard recovery gas supplies after an interruption due to the delay of the customer

§ 17
Reporting compliance with the quality of the supply of gas and related services
The license holder is responsible for compliance with the standards shall be published in the manner
