The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 68 to implement section 42 paragraph 1. 2

Act No. 449/2001 Coll., on game management, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):



The duration of each species of wild game hunting



§ 1



Time hunting down for the following kinds of animals as follows:



and spotted fallow deer-fallow deer), daněla and daňče from 16. August to 31. December

except as provided in section 2 (2). 1,



(b)) the Red-Deer, a DOE and fawn deer European from 1. August

15. January except as provided in section 2 (2). 1,

§ 2



(1) all year round, you can hunt deer in the Park, for which the Park

established and for them in a given year is determined by the minimum and standard conditions

(section 3, paragraph 2, of the Act).



(2) in the areas of breeding of capercaillie, black grouse, Hazel Grouse

forest and partridges field (section 3, paragraph 3, of the Act) can be used all year round to catch a pig

wild, wild, Rocky kunu kunu and Badger of the forest.



(3) all year round, you can hunt Hare and wild rabbit in the field of

the vineyards. Fencing for the purposes of this order means a fence,

§ 3



More detailed conditions of implementation of the hunt

§ 4



The effectiveness of the



(1) this Ordinance shall come into force on 1 January 2000. July 2002.

the Treaty of accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union in

force.
