The Ministry of agriculture lays down pursuant to § 61 para. 3 and § 62 para. 2

Act No. 254/2001 Coll. on waters and on amendments to certain acts (the water

the law):



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree defines the water works subject to technickobezpečnostnímu

supervision (hereinafter referred to as "oversight"), lays down the criteria and the procedure for their acceptance

into categories the scope and frequency of monitoring for each

categories of water works in the various stages of their preparation, construction,

changes of water works after their completion or operation and requirements

the surveillance programme.



§ 2



Basic concepts



For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 4
