The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 42 of Act No. 321/2004 Coll.
Vineyard and Winery and amending certain related laws
(law on wine growing and winemaking), (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section
4 (4). 4 (b). (d)), § 6 (1). 5, § 8 para. 4, § 9 para. 9, § 11 (1)
3, § 12 para. 7, § 13 para. 4, § 14 para. 3, § 16 para. 10, § 17 para.
6, § 23 para. 15, § 26 para. 12, § 28 para. 6, § 29 para. 5, § 30 paragraph 2.

§ 1
The list of varieties for the production of quality wines produced in specified regions
[To section 4, paragraph 4 (b), (d)) of the Act]
(1) the list of wine-grape vine varieties, from which it is permitted to produce
quality wine produced in a region, it is kept in the State varietal book ^ 1)
or in a Variety of other countries of the European communities books.
Vine varieties shall comply with the conditions laid down by a regulation of the European
Community classification of wine grape varieties "^ 1a).
(2) the names of some of the varieties referred to in paragraph 1 may be replace synonyms
listed in annex 1.

More detailed requirements for the manufacture of certain products and the physical,
chemical and sensory requirements on the quality of the products
[To section 11, paragraph 3 (a)) of the Act]

(4) Sensory quality requirements of liqueur wine are set out in annex

Section 4a
(1) for wines with a designation of origin, produced from grapes harvested
in the Czech Republic can increase the total alcoholic strength by volume of 15%

§ 5

§ 15
