The DECREE



the Federal Ministry of the Interior



of 5 December. January 1991,



laying down the rules for the use of the State symbols of the Czech and

Slovak Federal Republic



The Federal Ministry of the Interior, establishes, pursuant to section 6 (1). 3 of Act No.

115/1990 Coll., on the use of the State symbols of the Czech and Slovak

Federal Republic Of:



The use of the national character of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic



§ 1



(1) the persons, authorities and organizations referred to in § 1 (1). 1 and 2 of law No.

115/1990 Coll., on the use of the State symbols of the Czech and Slovak

Federative Republic (hereinafter the "Act"), the coat of arms of the Czech and

Slovak Federal Republic ^ 1) (hereinafter referred to as "coat of arms")

on the schedules, official seals and stamps only if they contain

the instrument resolution or decision of such persons, institutions and organisations, or

certify if an important fact or permissions (certificates and diplomas

schools, diplomas and conferred honours awarded by the Czech and

Slovak Federal Republic, etc.).

§ 2

§ 3

§ 10

§ 11



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
