on the transition of certain things, rights and obligations from the assets of the Czech Republic
property districts

Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
§ 1
(1) the date of entry into force of decision of the competent central public administration

preschool and educational institutions on 1 January. in September 2000, with the exception of schools,
pre-school and school facilities, listed in annex 2 of this

obligations of the school office with the exception of the establishment and abolition of schools,
pre-school and school facilities, the competent District Office.
(3) the decisions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be in writing and must contain the

units of the State and the definition of things, rights and obligations, with which they have been entitled to
manage; the range will be determined by their total value established
based on the extraordinary inventory; immovable property shall be

Additionally, you must include a release date, the effective date of the decision and the stamp
of the central competent administrative authority. The decision shall be signed by the head of
of the central competent administrative authority.
(4) the decisions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 must be issued within a period of 1 year from the

§ 2
(1) the date of entry into force of a decision issued under section 1 shall become

§ 3
The effective date of the decision given under paragraph 1 shall become
organizational units of the State referred to in § 1 (1). 1 of this Act,
departments of the region.
§ 4
If the things that pass into the ownership of lands under this
the law, or to claim a person authorised under specific
Law ^ 6) becomes a region of the effective date of the decision
issued in accordance with § 1 the person liable in accordance with these specific legal
regulations.
§ 5
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2001.
