The Ministry of the Interior, establishes, pursuant to section 41 of Act No. 234/2014 Coll., on State

Service:



§ 1



Contents, scope and manner of implementation of the general part of the clerical test



(1) a public employee or person who meets the conditions for

admission to the service, (hereinafter referred to as "test") held a general part

clerical exam in the form of a written test. Written test contains 30

randomly selected questions from the list of test questions, which

(2) the Ministry of the Interior creates a test questions contained in the list

referred to in this annex.



§ 2



Contents, scope and manner of implementation of the special part of the clerical test



(1) the test held a special part of the clerical exam in the form of oral

the test questions. A special part of the clerical exam usually takes

a maximum of 60 minutes and includes a preparation that it takes at least 15 minutes,

most, however, for 30 minutes.



(2) the Central Administrative Office creates a test questions contained in the list

referred to in paragraph 1 to the extent the content of international treaties, the legal

law, business law, resolutions of the Government, other documents and

requirements referred to in annex 2 to this Decree, and possibly the content of the

implementing provisions to the legislation referred to in this annex.



§ 3



Evaluation of the clerical test



(1) each part of the clerical test will be assessed separately.



(2) Test, which in the general part of the clerical exam correctly answered

at least 22 of the test questions included in the written test shall be assessed

the statement "pass"; otherwise, it evaluates the statement "fail".

§ 4
