rights, Fisheries Guard, protection of marine fishery resources and amending

The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 32 Act No. 99/2004 Coll.
fish farming, the performance of the fishing rights, Fisheries Guard, protection
marine fishery resources and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on
fisheries), (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):
§ 1
Bulk-effective method of fish and aquatic organisms
[To section 3, paragraph 5 (a)) of the Act]
(1) Fishing with nets is carried out
and towed nets), towing, throwing, grub, horizontal or
lapacích, or
(b)) using small-scale fishing gear with a network show.
(2) Hunting carried out through the manipulation of water ^ 1) is hunting for
the purpose of collecting fish stock to places where it is hunted, such as a
fishery.
(3) Hunting with variously constructed technical equipment is hunting in the
devices that can be placed on the unit for the period specified
the owner of the pond, or the owner of the special rybochovného device

§ 2
Keeping of the record on the management in the fishing industry
[To section 3, paragraph 5 (b)) law]
(1) Evidence of farming and an indication of the economic result for the
farming and fishing or for the production of aquatic organisms in the pond and in the

§ 3
Fishing district, the boundaries of the fishing-grounds and protected fish area
[To section 4 paragraph 11 and section 11 (1) 10 (b), (e)) of the Act]
(1) trout fishing ground will announce the appropriate fishing authority on water
or part of its flow on the pond or in the confined water, where they are
the conditions for the occurrence of the salmonid fish. The conditions are not fulfilled for the
publication of a trout fishing-grounds, with the ground as
coarse.
(2) the boundaries of the fishing-grounds, or the protected fish area
specify a rule across the water flow so that they are visible in the field
(for example, buildings, technical equipment, natural formations or other
objects).
(3) Fishing ground, or the protected fish area is referred to
the table with the naming of the fishing-grounds, where necessary, protected fish
area. In the case of water flow, this marking shall be placed on both ends of the
the fishing-grounds, or the protected fish area on both
the banks of the watercourse. The table must contain the name of the fishing-grounds,
the number of fishing-grounds and information on whether it is a ground for trout or
coarse or a protected fish area, and information about the user
the fishing-grounds, and that his name and surname of the natural person or
business name or the name of the legal person.
§ 4
The promulgation, amendment and cancellation of the protected fish area
(§ 5, paragraph 3, of the Act)

§ 5

§ 6
Prerequisites for the exercise of the functions of the fishing of the householder and his Deputy

higher vocational college with a degree course in water management and ecology,

f) shall submit the certificate of successful completion of tests on the fishing

§ 7
Management of fishing-grounds
[To section 11 paragraph 10 (b), (c)) of the Act]

existing tracks in particular fish stock

§ 8
Record keeping and management of profit or loss in
the fishing-grounds
[To section 11 para. 10 (b), (d)) of the Act]

§ 9
The principles for granting exemptions from the prohibited hunting methods
(Article 13, paragraph 5, of the Act)

§ 10
Fishing ticket
[To section 13 paragraph 8 and paragraph 11 (a)), and (b)) of the Act]
(1) fishing ticket shall be issued for the whole territory of the Czech Republic for a period of 10
years, 3 years or 1 year from the date of its issue.
(2) fishing ticket is issued in accordance with the specimen in annex 6.

§ 12

Allowed methods of hunting, the technical means to hunt and how to
their use in the fishing-grounds
[To section 13 paragraph 1 (b), 11 (e)) of the Act]
§ 14
(1) the Hunting of aquatic organisms that are the source of food fish, can be performed
only with the consent of the user of the fishing-grounds or rybníkáře.
(2) the permitted fishing in the fishing district is angling,

§ 15

§ 17
(1) in own trout fishing-grounds is permitted hunting
