of 15 November 2004. March 25, 2010
on the determination of electrical technical equipment, their
classification in classes and groups and about the safety conditions of their closer
(Decree of electrical technical devices)
The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs shall determine pursuant to section 7b of the paragraph. 1 (b).
a) and b) of Act No. 174/1968 Coll., on State specialized supervision of
safety, as amended by Act No. 124/2000 Coll. and Act No. 253/2005
Coll.:
§ 1
This Decree
and the dedicated electrical) lays down the technical device ^ 1) (hereinafter referred to as
a "device"), their inclusion in classes and groups, and further the conditions for their
safety,
(b)) does not apply to medical devices in accordance with the law on
medical devices and amending certain related
laws ^ 2)
(c)) has been notified in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council
98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for the provision of information in the
the field of standards and technical regulations, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC.
§ 2
(1) Devices are devices

§ 5
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. June 30, 2010.

Annex 1
The classification of devices into classes and groups
(Section 2 (2))

Further conditions of safety devices
(To section 3)
1. Legal entities and entrepreneurial natural persons may carry out the installation,
corrections, revisions and tests of equipment on the basis of permission ^ 3) issued by the
the Organization of the State professional supervision.
