DECREE



of 23 December 2003. March 2004,



laying down the details of the transfer of seeds and seedlings of forest tree species,

on the evidence of the origin of basic material and details of the renewal

the forest stands and afforestation of land declared land designated

for the performance of functions of the forest



The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 29 para. 4 of law No. 289/1995

Coll., on forests, and amending and supplementing certain laws (forest law), in

amended by Act No. 149/2003 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



§ 1



Details of the transfer of seeds and seedlings of forest tree species



(1) the transfer of seeds and seedlings of forest tree species (hereinafter referred to as "reproductive

material ") from a point source at the place of use in the regeneration of forest stands and

afforestation of land declared land intended for the performance of functions of the forest

(hereinafter referred to as "forest regeneration and reforestation") can be performed in the context of the

each of the natural forest areas, ^ 1) in the framework of the high-rise

designated forest vegetation stage ^ 2) (hereinafter referred to as "grade").

Reproductive material can be transferred from the first to the fourth grade without

restrictions with the exception of the natural forest areas 17 (Elbe), 34

(Hornomoravský bed) and 35 (the South East District) in which you cannot

(2) If you cannot cover the need of reproductive material within a given natural

forest area, you can make the transfer in the manner prescribed for the

individual tree species in the annexes 1 to 5 with vertical

offset under paragraph 1.



(3) the use of reproductive material derived from seed orchards,

parent trees, clones or clonal mixture shall meet the requirements

laid down in the decision on the recognition of the basic material referred to in

special legislation. ^ 3)



§ 2



Details of regeneration and afforestation



(1) to restore the forest and afforestation can only use reproductive material

each species of forest tree species, which satisfies the conditions for transfer

specific location of planting according to § 2 (2). 1, and which is supported by the origin.

§ 3



Details of the records relating to the origin of the reproductive material



The evidence about the origin of the basic materials used to restore the forest and

afforestation is conducted according to the type species, registration number recognised

reproductive material used. The pattern of evidence about the origin of the reproductive

§ 4



Transitional provision



Reproductive material obtained or produced before the date of effectiveness of this

decrees and equipped with accompanying documentation, according to present laws

regulations can be transmitted according to the existing legislation until 31 December 2006.

§ 5



Regulation (EEC)



Repeals the Decree 82/1996 Coll., on the genetic classification, restoration

forest, afforestation and the register during loading of seeds and seedlings

forest tree species.
