about the major information systems and their defining criteria
The National Security Bureau and the Ministry of the Interior shall establish in accordance with § 28
paragraph. 1 of the law No. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security and amending
related laws (law on Cyber Security), (hereinafter referred to as
the "Act"):
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree lays down the relevant information systems and their
the criteria under section 6 (a). (d)) of the Act.
§ 2
Major information systems
Significant information system fulfilling the criteria set out in section 3 of the

§ 3

§ 4
Impact criteria

with the consequences referred to in points 1 to 4 do not reach the values to specify the element
critical infrastructure according to the cross-cutting criteria laid down by the crisis
by law.
§ 5
Regional criteria
Regional criteria are listed in Appendix 2 to this Decree.
§ 6
