on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on weapons



Ministry of the Interior shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 2 and 3 of law No. 119/2002

Coll. on firearms and ammunition (the Firearms Act), as amended by

Act No. 228/2003 Coll., Act No. 484/2008 Coll. and Act No. 170/2013

Coll., to implement section 17 para. 2 (a). (c)), § 21 para. 9, § 21a, para. 8, §

30 paragraph 2. 13, § 39 para. 7, § 39a para. 4, § 49 para. 1, § 50 para. 9, §

50A paragraph. 3, § 52 para. 7 and section 73a of the paragraph. 10 of the law on weapons:



PART THE FIRST



INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS



§ 1

§ 2

§ 6

§ 9



Overall evaluation of tests



(1) the overall evaluation of the exam consists of a theoretical part of the evaluation

§ 10



Repetition of the practical part of the exam

§ 11



Prize examiner

The theoretical part of the test content

minutes, which is composed of 60 questions, of which 52 questions from the knowledge

legislation, 5 questions from the knowledge of weapons and ammunition and 3

questions from the knowledge of the medical, and of the oral interview

not exceeding 20 minutes, to which the applicant attests knowledge pursuant to §

30 paragraph 2. 7 of the law on weapons.

Evaluation of the theoretical part of the examination

Evaluation of the practical part of the exam

minutes, which is composed of 50 questions, out of which 12 of the questions is from the knowledge

legislation, 10 questions is from a knowledge of the rules governing the

ammunition, explosives and detection technology and 3 questions are from the knowledge

medical minimum. The correct answer to each question is ranked 3

points with the exception of correct answers to the questions from the knowledge of the medical

§ 19



The practical part of the exam content
