processing of explosives

BASIC PROVISIONS
§ 1
The scope of the
This decree modifies the requirements to ensure the safety and protection of
occupational health and safety in the design, construction,
changes to completed construction and operation of production plants, laboratories, test facilities,
development of sites, shooting ranges and auxiliary equipment in which
the work shall be carried out with explosives ^ 1) and explosive articles (hereinafter referred to as

§ 2

PART TWO
THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE GENERATING STATIONS OF EXPLOSIVES, LABORATORIES, TESTING LABORATORIES, DEVELOPMENT OF SITES,
SHOOTING RANGES AND AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT
§ 3
The conditions for the construction of

§ 4
The danger of explosives and class objects

§ 5
The determination of safety distances

§ 6

Design requirements for the objects

Waste water and drainage in buildings

§ 11
Heating and supply steam and hot water objects
