on the scope, terms and dates of the electricity supply Bill,
gas or heat energy and related services
The Energy Regulatory Office shall, pursuant to section 98, para. 2 (a). j) of the Act
No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and the public administration in
energy sectors and on amendments to certain acts (the Energy Act),
as amended by Act No. 158/2009 Coll.:
PART THE FIRST
GENERAL PART
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree sets out the scope, terms and deadlines of deliveries
electricity, gas or heat energy and related services.
§ 2
Definition of terms
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 3

§ 4
A reduced scope of the Bill

THE BILL OF PARTICULARS OF ELECTRICITY SUPPLY, GAS, THERMAL ENERGY AND
RELATED SERVICES
§ 5
Electricity supplier, the supplier of the gas, the transmission system operator,
the distribution system operator and supplier of heat energy launches
