DECREE



The Ministry of the Interior



of 14 July 1999. August 1996,



providing for lump sum costs in the provincial offences Act



340/2003: Sb.



Ministry of the Interior shall establish, in agreement with the Ministry of finance pursuant to section 79

paragraph. 1 of the law of the Czech National Council No. 200/1990 Coll. on offences, (hereinafter referred to

"the Act"):



§ 1



(1) flat-rate amount of the costs of the provincial offences Act, which is required to

replace the citizen in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 1 of the Act, shall be 1 000 CZK.



(2) if in proceedings for offences to the action the expert in a field other than

Psychiatry, the flat-rate amount referred to in paragraph 1 of 1500 CZK;

If the action was an expert in Psychiatry, the flat-rate amount

in accordance with paragraph 1 of 2500 CZK. To the submission of the expert's report

§ 2



The costs of the provincial offences Act initiated before the beginning of the effectiveness of this

the Decree shall be determined in accordance with the existing regulation.



§ 3



Decree of the Ministry of the Interior is hereby repealed the United States # 252/1990

Coll., laying down flat-rate amount of the costs of the provincial offences Act.



§ 4



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. September 1996.
