on the determination of each of the primary services and specification of basic
quality of service requirements
Czech Telecommunication Office lays down pursuant to section 41 of Act No. 29/2000 Coll.
postal services and on amendments to certain laws (the law on postal
services), as amended by Act No. 221/2012 Coll., to implement section 3 (2). 3
the Act on postal services:
PART THE FIRST
BASIC PROVISIONS
§ 1
Definition of terms
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF BASIC SERVICES
§ 2

§ 3

§ 4

§ 5
Delivery registered mail service
(1) when providing the service of delivery of the registered mail operator

§ 6
Service delivery of valuable consignments
(1) when providing the service of delivery of valuable consignments operator acceptance

§ 7
Service not delivery of postal items up to 7 kg for the blind

§ 8
The basic foreign postal services
In the provision of basic postal services abroad is covered by the
delivery of the postal items or remitted a sum of money in the context of
foreign postal services, which is by nature similar to any of the
the essential services referred to in paragraph 2 and 3, section 4, paragraph 4. 2, §§ 5 to 7, and section 12. U

§ 9
Service delivery postal packages over 10 kg given abroad

§ 11
Reply service of consignments in international trade

does not exceed 50 g in the framework of the basic postal services pursuant to § 2, the

§ 12

PART THREE
THE BASIC QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
§ 14
The availability of post offices
(1) Sufficient density of post offices is ensured if it is operated by the post office
and) in each village, which has a population of 2 500 and more,

§ 15
Availability of mailboxes
(1) Sufficient density of mailboxes is provided, if it is

§ 17
Extension of time

§ 19
Change of place of delivery

The rate of basic services
(1) for the basic service pursuant to section 2 of the shipping times are measured

§ 25
