The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with § 41 para. 1

(a). a) to (f)) of Act No. 109/2002 Coll. on the execution of institutional care or

protective care in school facilities and on preventive educational care

in educational establishments and amending other laws, as amended by Act No.

383/2005 Coll. and under § 23 para. 3 and § 121 paragraph 2. 1 Act No. 561/2004

Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other

PART THE FIRST



THE SUBJECT OF THE EDIT



§ 1



This Ordinance regulates:



and) details of the content and scope of the activities, organisation and conditions of

the operation of school facilities for institutional upbringing and protective care

THE CONTENT AND SCOPE OF THE ACTIVITY, ORGANISATION AND CONDITIONS OF OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT



§ 2



Organization of educational activities
