The Government directs pursuant to § 139 paragraph. 1 of law No 412/2005 Coll., on the protection of
on the security of classified information and eligibility, (hereinafter referred to as
the "law"):
§ 1
(1) this regulation establishes

(2) in assessing whether the information under an item mentioned in the
Annexes 1 to 18 of this regulation, the information is classified, it is
applicable, whether its disclosure or misuse may cause injury
the interest of the Czech Republic or can be disadvantageous for the interest of the Czech Republic
within the meaning of section 3 of the Act.
(3) in accordance with Annex 1 to this regulation classifies the originator of classified
the information, if it is not in the annexes 2 to 18 to this regulation
unless otherwise provided for.
(4) the list of classified information, the degree or extent of the degree also
the confidentiality of classified information.
§ 2
(1) the originator of the classified information classified within the range of degrees
confidentiality referred to in annexes 1 to 18 of this regulation by degree
confidentiality, which in case of its disclosure or misuse of matches
the severity of the potential harm the interests of the Czech Republic, or
unfavourable for interest in the Czech Republic within the meaning of section 3 of the Act.
(2) if in the annexes 1 to 18 of this regulation set out the scope of the
degrees of confidentiality on classified information package, proceed according to section
1 (1). 2 and in accordance with paragraph 1, also for partial information, which falls under them.
§ 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2005. January 1, 2006.
