about terms of handling systems and operational rules of the water works
The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 59 paragraph 1. 1 (b). a) of law No.
254/2001 Coll. on waters and on amendments to certain acts (the Water Act), in
amended by Act No 150/2010 Coll.:
§ 1
Basic concepts
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 2
Requirements of material handling systems

5. categories of works under other legislation ^ 3),
6. zabezpečenost the required claims to the use of water for water works,
that accumulates or building up water,
7. to reduce flood flows at the water works, which accumulates
or building up water,
8. Basic hydrologic data of the water flow, which is a water work
placed or any other hydrological data or evidence related
with water or with the way the water in the water tank,
9. a list of the technical and legal regulations related to the aquatic part
and used for the preparation of the handling of the order,
(c)) the essential requirements, principles and guidelines for the handling of water on the water
the work,
(d)) the essential requirements, principles and guidelines for the handling of water on the water
work integrated into the system of water works, resulting from a comprehensive

Transitional provision

Regulation (EEC)
