on the hygiene requirements on recovery action for children

The Ministry of health provides under section 108, paragraph. 1 of law No.
258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and amendment to certain
related laws, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for the implementation of § 8 paragraph. 2, section 23
paragraph. 3 and section 24, paragraph. 1 (a). (d)) of the Act:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This decree modifies the hygiene requirements for the location, spatial
the conditions and the functional breakdown of buildings and equipment, including their equipment, and
on accommodation, lighting, cleaning, water supply, waste disposal and
waste water, meals and day mode recovery actions. In annex No. 1.
This Decree shall also lay down the conditions for the submission and use of the
certain foods and dishes, in annex 2 to this Decree

nature, in annex No. 3 to the Ordinance of the health evaluation

§ 2
The location of the
Recovery actions are placed outside the territory where the pollution can be expected

§ 3
The spatial conditions

shower in hot water at least once a week.
(5) Lavatories shall be established at the number 1 toilet for 15 children. The toilets are used
children separately by sex and intimacy must be ensured. In the vicinity of the
toilets must be the option of hand-washing in running water.
(6) in the infirmary and setting up isolation in separate
rooms equipped with a washbasin with running drinking water and with the possibility of

equipped with bunk beds or may not be used for other purposes. On 30

§ 4
Accommodation, equipment and cleaning
(1) the Accommodation of children is provided separately by gender, with the exception of

§ 5
Water supply
(1) Recovery action must be secured with drinking water which meets the
health requirements under the law governing the requirements for
drinking water ^ 5), so that was enough for drinking, cleaning teeth, cooking,
washing dishes, cleaning work surfaces in kitchen, personal hygiene of persons
pursuing activities of epidemiologically significant and to operate the dispensaries and
isolation.

contact with drinking water, and earmarked for this purpose. Marked container with

§ 6
Disposal of waste and wastewater management
(1) the waste may be treated and handled only under the conditions laid down
special legislation. ^ 10) solid waste shall be stored in a
resealable containers, which can be easily cleaned and disinfected, or to
disposable plastic packaging. Waste shall be stored off the premises where
handling food.
(2) waste water and substances harmful waters may be disposed of, and
treat only under the conditions laid down in the specific legislation. ^ 11)

(1) the facilities for dining, with the exception of the fire must always be
covered and secure from the adverse effects of using external; must
include at least spaces for preparing food, eating, washing dishes

§ 8
The mode of the day
(1) in the mode of the day must be tightly defined time for sleep, personal
hygiene and meals. The time allowed for sleep must be at least 9
hours for children up to 10 years and 8 hours for older children. The mode of the day
must match the age and State of health of the children.
(2) the physical and mental burden of children must be appropriate to their age,
abilities and capabilities. When continuous physical stress children in the first
two days of recovery action must be the third day reserved for rest. On
itinerant recovery action provides a rest day with regard to physical

(3) a person engaged in the recovery action as supervision continuously checked

§ 9
Final provision

§ 10
The effectiveness of the

Annex 1
The conditions for the submission and use of certain foods and dishes
1. The recovery actions cannot serve or use of a food or
the dishes, which can be unhealthy.
2. technology of manufacture of food and putting them into circulation, must be in
accordance with good manufacturing practice.
3. Food that cannot be stored in accordance with the conditions of the manufacturer or
requirements of special legal regulation ^ 7), must be immediately after the
