The Ministry of education, youth and sports, establishes, pursuant to § 7 para. 3,
§ 23 para. 3, § 26 para. 4, § 103, § 105 para. 5 and § 123 paragraph. 5 of law
No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and
other education (the Education Act):
PART THE FIRST
HIGHER VOCATIONAL EDUCATION
§ 1

Admission to the first year of education

Organization of education
§ 3

§ 4

§ 6

§ 7

§ 8

§ 9
Evaluation of discharge

THE REQUEST FOR ACCREDITATION OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
§ 10
The contents of the written request for accreditation of the training program

§ 12
The design of the training program
The design of the training program includes:

PART THREE
CONSIDERATION FOR EDUCATION
§ 14
The amount of the remuneration

"tuition fees") in various fields of education of higher vocational schools

tuition fees of up to 50% of the amounts referred to in paragraph 1.
§ 15
The maturity of the tuition fees
(1) the Student shall pay the tuition fee in two instalments:
and) by 15. October for the winter period and no later than 15. February for the

PART FOUR
TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
section 16 of the
Transitional provision

§ 17
Regulation (EEC)
Decree 265/1996 Coll., laying down the details of the Organization
