pharmacists and the disciplines certified courses

The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 37 para. 1 (b). and), and (g))
Act No. 95/2004 Coll., on conditions for the acquisition and recognition of professional
competence and specialized competence to perform the medical
the professions of doctor, dentist and pharmacist, as amended by Act No.
189/2008 Coll.:
§ 1
This Decree regulates in accordance with the law of the European Communities ^ 1)
and specialized medical training scopes), dentists, and pharmacists

§ 2

§ 3

§ 4
Convert a specialization according to Decree No. 77/1981 Coll. on health
workers and other professional workers in the health sector, according to the
Act No. 95/2004 Coll., as amended by Act No. 125/2005 Coll. and Act No.
124/2008 Coll., and in accordance with Decree No. 233/2008 Coll., on fields
specialized education of physicians, dentists and pharmacists,

§ 5
Doctors, who according to earlier legislation acquired specialization

§ 6

5. Doctors who after the date of entry into force of this Decree, finishes successfully

Endocrinology according to educational program published before the date of
entry into force of this order, shall be construed as a physician
specialized competences in the field of Endocrinology and diabetology
in accordance with Decree No. 185/2009 Coll., in the version in force from the date of acquisition

6. Doctors who before the date of entry into force of this Decree obtained
specialized competence in the field of Hematology and transfusion medicine
in accordance with Decree No. 185/2009 Coll., in the version in force prior to the date of acquisition
the effectiveness of this Ordinance, shall be construed as a doctor with the designation of expertise
a haematologist and transfuziolog in accordance with Decree No. 185/2009 Coll., as amended by
effective from the date of entry into force of this Decree.
