GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 25 June 2002. March 2002,



laying down the method of work organization and working practices that

the employer is obliged to ensure the operation of air services traffic

The Government directs pursuant to § 134e para. 2 of Act No. 65/1965 Coll., code

work, as amended by Act No. 155/2000 Coll.:



§ 1



This regulation lays down the requirements for the Organization of work and work

the procedures that the employer is obliged to ensure that when operating

transport means of transport.



§ 2



For the purposes of this regulation, means a

§ 5



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2003.
