Article. X



(1) For the purposes of determining average monthly net earnings for the last

calendar quarter in 1992 from the average monthly gross

earnings be deducted the advance on income tax of individuals, premiums on

social security, the contribution to the State employment policy, and

General health insurance premiums, calculated in accordance with the conditions and

the rates applicable to the worker of the month in which the earnings

This law shall enter into force on 1 January 2005. in January 1993, with the exception of the provisions
