on the establishment of professional criteria and other requirements for the provision of
Spa sanatorium rehabilitation care
The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 33 para. 12 of law No.
48/1997 Coll., on public health insurance and amending and supplementing
some related laws, as amended by Act No. 1/2015:
§ 1
Indications set out in annex 5 of Act No. 48/1997 Coll.
indicating the assumptions are contraindications, professional criteria for
provision of hospital rehabilitation care including necessary examination, scope
specialization of the doctor who recommended such care, requirements for
the availability of health care workers in health care facilities
Spa sanatorium rehabilitation care provider, indicating focus
spa resorts in which is a natural source or
climatic conditions suitable for the treatment of diseases, and content requirements
the design of the Spa sanatorium rehabilitation care for adults, children and adolescents
listed in the annex to this Decree.

Determination of professional criteria and other requirements for the provision of
Spa sanatorium rehabilitation care
(I).
General provisions
1.1. Contraindications the Spa sanatorium rehabilitation care for adults, children
and adolescents:
a) infectious diseases transmissible from human to human and bacilonosičství;
