The Ministry of the Interior, establishes, pursuant to § 86 of law no 499/2004 Coll., on
Archives and the archival service and amendment to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as
"the Act") for the implementation of section 19, section 20 (2). 5, section 24, paragraph. 3, section 31, paragraph. 2, §
36, § 40 paragraph. 4, § 56 paragraph. 4 and article 61, paragraph. 9 of the Act:
§ 1
The way the leadership of basic, secondary and the central register of the national
the archive heritage
(1) the basic records of the national archival heritage is always leads in the

§ 2
Changes in the records of the national archival heritage while moving
public records

§ 6
Registration sheets of the national archival heritage

§ 8
Sending and filing copies of archival AIDS

§ 9
The method of data transmission from the basic registration in secondary and Central

§ 11

§ 12
