on the further education of teaching staff, the Accreditation Commission and the

The Ministry of education, youth and sports (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry")

determined in accordance with § 24 para. 6, § 28 para. 2 and § 29 para. 5 of law No.

563/2004 Coll. on pedagogic workers and amending certain acts:



PART THE FIRST



TYPES OF ADULT EDUCATION TEACHING STAFF



§ 1



Types of adult education teaching staff



Types of further education are:

(b) to meet the other) study qualifications



(c) to strengthen) study of professional qualifications.



Learning to meet the qualification requirements



§ 2



Studies in the area of pedagogical sciences



(1) the study gets its graduates with knowledge and skills in the area of

teaching, pedagogical or psychological sciences especially, that

are part of his professional qualifications.



(2) the study shall be conducted within the framework of the lifelong learning programme to

high school for a period of at least 250 hours.



(3) the study conclude that the defence's final written work and a final

examination by the Commission. After the successful completion of the graduate obtains the

the certificate.



§ 3



The study of pedagogy



(1) the study of pedagogy ^ 1) gets its graduates the knowledge and skills

in the area of pedagogical sciences that are part of its professional

qualification.



(2) the study shall be conducted



and) for teachers of vocational subjects in high school, for teachers

the practical teaching in high school, vocational training for teachers

art school, secondary school and the Conservatoire and for language teachers

teaching hours,

(d)) for the educator of free time, which performs a subset of direct teaching

pet training activities, for a period of at least 40 teaching

hours.



(3) the study conclude that the defence's final written work and a final

§ 4



A study for teacher assistants



(1) Studying for teacher assistants ^ 2) gets its graduates the knowledge and

skills in the area of pedagogical sciences that are part of its

professional qualifications.



(2) the study shall be conducted for a period of at least 120 teaching

hours.



(3) the study of terminating the examination before the Commission. After its

successful completion of the graduate gets a certificate.



§ 5



Study for the Director of schools and educational institutions



(1) Studying for the Director of schools and school facilities ^ 3) gets its

a graduate of the knowledge and skills in the field of management of the schools and school

equipment and in the area of human resources management and development, including the protection of

health, which are a prerequisite for qualifying performance Director

school or educational establishment.



(2) the study of at least 100 teaching hours is shutting down

§ 6



Study for the extension of professional qualifications



(1) Studying for a professional qualification extension gets its graduate

disabled children and students with other types of disabilities.

teaching hours.

§ 6a



Additional study to extend the professional qualifications

§ 6b



Additional study of the relevant foreign language learning



(1) a complementary didactic study of appropriate foreign language ^ 9)

gets its graduates with knowledge and skills in the field of industry

Learning to meet the other qualifications



§ 7



Study for the head of the teaching staff



(1) Studying for senior teaching staff gets its graduate

knowledge and skills in the management of a legal person exercising

the activities of the school or school equipment, in particular the knowledge of theory and practice

school management, law, economics, pedagogy, psychology,

health and safety, communication and information technology.



(2) the study shall be conducted within the framework of the lifelong learning programme to

high school for a period of at least 350 hours.



(3) the study conclude that the defence's final written work and a final

examination by the Commission. After the successful completion of the graduate obtains the

§ 8



Study for the educational Advisor



(1) Studying for the educational Advisor gets its graduate specialization in

the basic scope of the ^ 4) focused on the area of education, special education

and psychology. This specialization is a prerequisite for the exercise of

specialized methodological activities educational Advisor.



(2) the study shall be conducted within the framework of the lifelong learning programme to

high school for a period of at least 250 hours.

§ 9



Study of the performance of specialized activities



(1) the study of the graduate gets its next qualification for

the performance of specialized activities, which are:



and) coordination in the field of information and communication technologies,



(b) the creation and subsequent coordination) school educational programs and

educational programs of higher professional schools



c) prevention of socially pathological phenomena,



d) specialized environmental education activities in the area,



(e) the specialized activities of the special educator) in the field of education

speech therapy, or



f) specialized activities in the area of spatial orientation of the visually impaired

(2) the study of at least 250 hours ends

Study to strengthen professional qualifications



§ 10



Continuous training



(1) continuing education is focused on current theoretical and practical

questions related to the process of education and training.



(2) the content of continuing education are, in particular new findings from the General

pedagogy, educational and school psychology, theory of education, General

didactics, scientific, technical and artistic disciplines and their industry

didaktik, prevention of socially pathological phenomena, and safety and protection

health. Continuing education may include language training

teaching staff.



(3) the form of continuing education are, in particular, participation in the course and seminar.

The duration of the training program of continuing education shall be at least 4

PART TWO



THE ACCREDITATION COMMISSION



§ 11



The composition of the Accreditation Commission



(1) the Accreditation Commission ^ 5) (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission") has 25 members, consisting of

the President, 3 Vice-Presidents and other members. The Commission is divided into working

section that lead its Vice-Presidents. The President and Vice-Presidents shall elect

the Commission from among its members.




(2) the term of a member of the Commission is five years.



(3) the conduct of the Commission Secretary organizationally and administratively secures the

the Commission, which is not a member.



(4) participation of members in the Commission is any other act in the general interest ^ 6)

members of the Commission may be compensated by the Ministry. Members of this

the Commission also belongs to the reimbursement of travel expenses in the amount of compensation, a proven

§ 12



The Commission's activities

THE CAREER SYSTEM OF TEACHING STAFF

PART FOUR



COMMON, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS



§ 14



Common provisions

Transitional provisions



(1) Study for further qualifications in accordance with

the existing legislation initiated before the effective date of this order, the

completes in accordance with the existing legislation.



(2) Graduates of specialized study for an educational adviser in accordance with § 6

Decree No. 61/1985 Coll., on the further training of teaching staff,

and graduates qualification studies according to the annex to Decree No 139/1997

Coll., on conditions for professional and pedagogical competence of teaching

workers and about the assumptions of the qualification of educational consultants,

shall be deemed for the purposes of this order for the graduates in accordance with § 8.



(3) graduates of bachelor study programme of specialization in

pedagogy in the field of school management and the Bachelor

study programme in the field of Pedagogy Teaching

counseling and school management are considered for the purposes of this order for the

graduates of the study under section 7.



(4) graduates of the lifelong learning programme by

high school focused on the Organization and management of education or

students who began their studies before the date of the entry into force of this

the decree and this study successfully ends, shall be treated for the purposes of this

Decree for graduates under section 7.



(5) the term of Office of study Graduates under section 7 of Decree No. 61/1985 Coll.,

shall be deemed for the purposes of this order for graduates under § 5.
