The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with § 35 paragraph.

2, § 121 paragraph. 1 and section, paragraph 123. 5 of the Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school,

primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (the education

Education Act:



§ 1



Introductory provisions



(1) the school meals means catering services for children, students,

students and other persons to whom they provided catering tangible

educational services in the form of day care or residential services ^ 3)

(2) the school meals are governed by the dietary standards laid down in annex

No 1 to this Decree and the margin of the financial limits on the purchase of food

set out in annex 2 to this Decree.



§ 2



Organization of school meals



(1) the school meals secures the

§ 3



School feeding facilities and their operation



(1) the types of equipment the school meals are

§ 4



The range of services the school catering



(1) For the purposes of this Ordinance means

§ 5



Remuneration for school meals in school dining facilities established

State, region, municipality or a voluntary alliance of villages



(1) the remuneration for the amount of school meals is determined the financial cost.



(2) the amount of the financial cost will be determined in the context of the range of financial limits

set out in annex 2 to this decree by food prices in place

(3) for the food provided by the diets are financial

§ 6



Cancellation provisions



Shall be repealed:



1. The Decree of the Ministry of education, youth and sports of the Czech

No. 48/1993 Coll. on school meals.

1. The average food consumption is calculated from the basic product range

food so as to ensure the attainment of the relevant nutritional standards.

It is listed in the values "as purchased" and is therefore included

natural waste cleaning and further processing. Of the total daily nutrition

benefits shall be counted an average of 18% on breakfast, 15% to 35% of the snack,

for lunch, an afternoon snack, 10% and 22% on dinner.



2. Food consumption corresponds to the monthly average of the permissible tolerance

+/-25%, with the exception of fats and sugar, where the amount of free fat free

sugar represents the upper limit, which can be reduced. The ratio of consumption

vegetable and animal fats is approximately 1:1, with an emphasis on

increasing the share of fats of vegetable origin.



3. the quantities of vegetables, fruits and legumes can be raised above the upper limit of the

tolerance. In the calculation of average consumption, the weight of the silver, and

frozen vegetables are multiplied by a coefficient of 1.42. For dried vegetables

the weight shall be multiplied by 10 (10 DG = 1 kg).
