Decree



of 17 May. July 2007,



laying down rules for the heating and hot water supply, the unit of measure

indicators of consumption of thermal energy for heating and hot

water and equipment requirements of internal thermal installations in buildings

the device software and other companies registering the supply of heat energy

The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to § 14 para. 5 of law No.

406/2000 Coll. on energy management, as amended by law No. 177/2006 Coll.

(hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 6a of paragraph 1. 9, 10 and 11 of the Act:



§ 1



The subject of the edit

Rules for heating



§ 2



(1) heating period begins 1. September and end on 31 December. in May of the following year.

§ 4



Rules for the supply of hot water

§ 5



Metrics of consumption of thermal energy for heating and for the preparation of

§ 6



The regulation of central heating and preparation of hot water in the building



(1) the regulation of the heating of residential and non-residential buildings is carried out

§ 7



Measuring the amount of heat energy and hot water in the unit

§ 8



Regulation (EEC)



Decree No. 152/2001 Coll., laying down rules for heating and
