The Czech National Council decided on the following Act:
PART THE FIRST
SURVEY AND CADASTRAL AUTHORITIES AND THEIR SCOPE
§ 1
(1) there is hereby established the Czech Office of zeměměřický and land registry (hereinafter referred to as "the authority"),
as the Central Administrative Office of surveying and cadastre of the Czech
Republic, based in Prague. The Office is the entity. ^ 1)
(2) at the head of the Office of the President, who appoints and dismisses the Government; his
the selection, appointment and dismissal is governed by the civil service.
§ 2
(1) there is hereby established the Office of Zeměměřický as another administrative Bureau of surveying with
nationwide, based in Prague. Zeměměřický Office Accounting

(2) there shall be established a survey and cadastral inspectorates (hereinafter referred to as
"inspectorates") and cadastral offices as other administrative offices for the
surveying and real estate register of the Czech Republic. Inspectorates and the
cadastral offices are entities. ^ 1)
(3) Zeměměřický the Office, inspectorates and cadastral offices governed by directors;
their selection, appointment and dismissal is governed by the civil service.
(4) the headquarters and the territorial scope of the inspectorates are set out in annex No. 1.
of this Act. Headquarters and the territorial scope of cadastral offices are
set out in annex 2 of this Act.
§ 3
(1) the authority shall

real estate and the information system of territorial identification,

and carries out other activities required for the development of surveying and cadastre

§ 4
Inspectorates

§ 5
(1) the cadastral offices

§ 11
The law of the Czech National Council No. 2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other
Central Government authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended
regulations, is amended as follows:
§ 2 (2). 1 point 2. added:
"2. Czech Office and land registry, zeměměřický".

FINAL PROVISIONS
§ 12
(1) the rights and obligations of labor and other relationships are switching
the effective date of this Act of the Czech Office of the survey and
